| Tasks & responsibilities |
- Develop winning bid proposals w/a prepared plan to acquire new business. Builds Project Plan, including a detailed schedule to execute awarded projects.
- Prepares a project budget/spend plan that supports the SFC (bid.) Trains or arranges training for Field Managers.
- Files accurate timely claims for all added, out of scope, work. Provides conceptual and engineering design for required portable machine tools.
- Continually improves the field tooling sets with safer equipment, better technology, etc.
- Specifies and purchases project specific equipment.
- Pre and Post outage site inspections and reporting including troubleshooting turbine conditions.

| Candidate requirements |
- B. S. Mechanical Engineering AWS CWI License desired. PMP Certification desired.
- AWS CWI certification required within 1 yr of employment to this position. AWS Assoc Certified Weld. Inspec. acceptable
- 3 to 5 years exper as a field supervisor on mech construction or field welding AWS Structural Steel or ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Codes
- Computer literate MS Outlook, Word/Excel. Ability to schedule work in a software program. Able to computer generate prints/sketches with CAD software.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Detail oriented, self-starter, ability to set and shift priorities.
