| Tasks & responsibilities |
- Serves a primary point of contact for customers and technical guidance in support of customers need for hydro electric RIK equipment and services.

- staff setting plans and schedules to support customer needs relative to erection, repair and rehabilitation of hydro equipment.
- Must be able to identify, understand and communicate information regarding field problems for solution to the home office.
- Schedules the work and monitors the progress and assures the work is performed in accordance with the project schedule.
- Must have the ability to make logical decisions under extreme pressures to resolve customer problems.

| Candidate requirements |
- High School Diploma or GED required with additional form technical training equivalent to two years of college or trade school.
- Working knowledge of installation and repair of Hydro-Generator mechanical, electrical systems- machine alignment, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Organizational skills combined with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Highly developed report writing and technical skills are essential.
- Must be able to consistently prioritize and complete multiple tasks in the time allotted with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to travel domestically to assist customers with plan development and the "value added" that Voith brings to the equation.
- Ideal candidate will have 10 years of combined experience as a Field Service Rep, Project Mang., Engineer or related exp in hydro power generation field of work.
