| Tasks & responsibilities |
- Responsible for project profit, continuous involvement during the Basic, Production, Total Solution Sourcing, Manufacturing & Installation phases of the project including the FNCRs
- Develop customer relationships/partnering to ensure customer satisfaction. Pursue future opportunities-work with Business Development Manager to grow partnership.
- Monitor & Control all operations to insure compliance with the project plan and manage variances to the plan.
- Jointly establish with Project Controls & Financial Accounting the requirements for controlling the project including profitability and currency exchange.
- Accountable for the project through all phases, Hydraulic Engineering(ENG), Basic ENG, Production ENG, Manufacturing, Transportation & Field Service(install, commission & closeout)
- Establish, make assignment, and assure completion of documentation required for the project for commissioning, installation, and operation/maintenance.

| Candidate requirements |
- BS degree in Engineering from an accredidated school. Professional registration preferred.
- Candidate should have knowledge of our product and be able to work effectively in computer-aided software.
- Preferred but not required a minimum of five (5) years of experience in mechanical or electrical design in the hydro power industry
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing power projects
- Should have previous domenstrated experience in Project Management (Scheduling and Project Cost Controlling)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work well with others to obtain effective results.
